How it works

  1. Create an interview linkAdd the job, your questions and the language. Ask for a CV, a photo of an ID, the camera or a phone number if you need them.
  2. Candidates talk with SaraShare the link. Each candidate talks with Sara, our AI interviewer, for about 5 minutes, any time, from a phone or a computer.
  3. Review and decideListen to the call and read the report, then mark each candidate Accepted, Rejected or Needs a second interview.

For every candidate

  • The recording of the call, with captions, and the camera video if you asked for it
  • Their spoken level (A1–C2), and the level you require, if you set one
  • Every answer, tagged: answered, partly answered or didn't answer
  • A short summary and an AI suggestion: Qualified, Not qualified or Cannot decide
  • Their CV and ID photo, if you asked for them

For your team

  • Invite team leaders and recruiters, and give them credits
  • Everyone sees their own interviews and their team's
